&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Visit foundation.unilag.edu.ng, click on Student Page and login to the Student Portal:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;User name:&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Application number (e.g. M23323999)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Password: &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Surname in lower case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Update the Biodata Form and Upload your Passport Photograph<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensure names are correct and in proper order: Surname, First Name, Other Name<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Names should conform to details on Birth Certificate, NIN, and \u201cO\u201d Level Statement of Result.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Upload a passport photograph with a white background.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. &nbsp; Check the conditions guiding the School of Foundation Studies programme as contained in the Acceptance Letter.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If conditions are agreeable, proceed with other items listed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Generate Pay advice for Acceptance Fee of twenty-five thousand Naira only (N25,000.00) on the University payment platform and make payment accordingly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Revisit your Portal with details of payment, i.e. RRR number, which would enable the print-out of your Provisional Admission Letter and acceptance letter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Come physically for screening on Thursday, 7th September, 2023 at the Jelili Adebisi Omotola Hall (formerly Multi-Purpose Hall) from 8.00a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Below are documents to be presented by each applicant:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Offer of Admission Letter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Duly signed Acceptance Letter &amp; proof of payment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Certificate of Birth<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Testimonial from Secondary School attended<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>\u201cO\u201d Level Result<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Reference Letter from a Clergy\/Imam\/Lawyer\/Senior Public Servant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>7. &nbsp;
