  1. Good pm sir! I applied for medicine and surgery in UNILAG. But I have a total point of 63.43. Please I need your advice. Can I change to human nutrition and later change back to medicine?

    1. Your score will be close to the eventual merit cut off mark. Your chances might depend on catchment area. Which state are you from?

    1. University of Lagos, calculates aggregate scores of applicants by weighting 20% to O-Level results, 50% to the UTME score, and 30% to the post UTME score.

      In this system of scoring: A1 = 4.0 points; B2 = 3.6 points; B3 = 3.2 points; C4 = 2.8 points; C5 = 2.4 points; C6 = 2.0 points. Grades must be obtained at ONE SITTING.

UTME is over 400, You divide by 8 to get its component. Post UTME is over 30. Olevel is over 20.

        1. You have to be specific in listing your subjects and results if you want me to give you a good assessment of your chances.

You must have at least C6 in all of English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology for MBBS in Unilag.

  2. Hello sir,

    1. Unilag Post UTME is over 30. UTME is over 50, you divide your UTME score by 8 to get it. O-level aggregate is over 20. So 30 + 50 + 20 = 100 points.
