University of Lagos Undergraduate specific admission requirements for Computer Science 2018.

 

UTME Requirements: Five O/Level credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry or Biology.

 

UTME Subjects: English Language, Mathematics, Physics and any of Chemistry or Biology.

 

Direct Entry Requirements: Very good passes in the following JUPEB/A Level subjects: Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry or Biology.

 

Candidate must have O/Level credit in Further Mathematics.

    1. No you cannot. Further Mathematics is a requirement for Computer Science in Unilag.

        1. Yes, GCE (WASSCE for private candidates) is acceptable in Unilag but you must make all your required papers at ONE sitting of the exam.

        1. Not at all. No chemistry in O-levels will not pose a problem for you as long as you are in the Computer Science line.

    1. Yes Muiz, you can write Chemistry in UTME even if you did not make it in your O-levels.
      What matters is that you meet your required O-level subjects for your course and you write the right UTME subjects for your course.

    1. You would require a minimum of C6 in Further Mathematics at O-levels to be acceptable to study Computer Sciences in Unilag.
